Four Skills Management System
The Four Skills Management System is a custom ERP designed for Four Skills Training Institute to manage the full student life cycle, financial operations, administrative workflows, and documentation processes. It covers initial registration and admission, enrollment and payment, course completion, and the issuance of auto-generated certificates with QR-based authenticity checking through a verification portal. Beyond student processes, it also includes financial management, employee documentation workflows, company document tracking, and automated reminders for expiry-sensitive records in a UAE-oriented operational environment.
